We evaluate each property to see if the economics work. In general, we prefer properties that can support the standard system size. If your hotel is too small, we’ll let you know upfront.

Actif or its affiliates retain ownership of the system throughout the lease term. The hotel is granted the right to use the energy produced at no monthly cost in exchange for the room voucher consideration.

The lease is structured as a prepaid agreement for a set term. There are no payments to cancel the lease.

The lease is transferable. During the sale of the hotel, the lease can be assigned to the new owner, who would assume the remaining term and benefits of the system.

No. There are no surprise charges. The only consideration from the hotel is the one-time issuance of vouchers. All permitting, installation, maintenance, insurance, and compliance costs are covered by Actif.

Once the lease is executed and vouchers are received, most installations begin within 30–90 days, depending on utility interconnection, permitting, and procurement timelines.
